When you follow Jesus, it's life on the edge of your seat. That is the kind of Christianity the early church experience particularly when they joined together in prayer. Acts 13 records the Antioch church coming together for a special time of prayer and fasting. In the midst of prayer, God spoke in a dynamic way which resulted in a new direction and a new level of fruitfulness for the already robust community of believers. Staring at 7pm on Friday & Saturday, August 27th & 28th, we will be gathering as a church in St. Louis City (map) for a special time of prayer and waiting on God. Special guests Keith Hazell and Sam Poe with be joining us. These meeting have the potential to change not only our lives but also the lives of others beyond the walls of our building! Here are a couple things you can do to prepare for the Acts 13 Meetings: 1. Plan on attending and *REGISTER TODAY! Make it a point to be present, not only for your own good and encouragement, but also for the strengthening of the Jubilee community as a whole. Everyone is an important part of the community. 2. Spiritually prepare yourself ahead of time. You may want to consider periods of prayer and fasting as a means of preparing your heart ot hear what the Lord will be saying to us as a church. *Register today via The City.
